Terms and Conditions

By registering for a continuing education course, workshop, webinar, or event offered by Middle Tennessee School of Anesthsia, participants agree to comply with all registration, attendance, participation, and course-completion requirements.

Course information, including dates, times, location, format, instructors, content, and continuing education credit details, is subject to change. Participants will be notified of significant changes when possible.

Continuing education credit or a certificate of completion will be provided only to participants who meet the stated requirements for the activity, which may include attendance, participation, completion of evaluations, post-tests, skills validation, or other assigned components.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the selected activity is appropriate for their professional role, licensure requirements, and scope of practice. Educational activities do not replace professional judgment, employer policy, or applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice.

By completing registration, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

To better accommodate the high demand for our courses and minimize the need for refunds, we kindly request that you provide us with as much advanced notice as possible.

If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer to another workshop.

  • A fee of $95 will be charged to transfer to a different workshop date if rescheduled more than 6 weeks prior to the original workshop date.
  • A fee of $150 will be charged to transfer to a different workshop date if rescheduled less than 6 weeks prior to the original workshop date.

If you cannot attend a different course, we will issue refunds at the following rates:

  • 8 weeks prior to the workshop: 80% refund
  • 6-8 weeks prior to the workshop: 50% refund
  • Less than 6 weeks prior to the workshop: No refunds, but you may transfer to another scheduled workshop for a fee of $150.
